Bodyscape photography explores the body through light, shadow, shape, and texture. A shoulder, the curve of a back, or the line of a hip can become a quiet, expressive image—like a landscape made personal.

At Eros in Eden, we create these photographs with you. The mood can be soft, dramatic, sensual, or abstract, shaped around what you’d love to explore.

Seeing Your Body as Art

You may be drawn to bodyscapes because they offer a different way to see yourself. Rather than a full portrait, a photograph can focus on a small detail, a silhouette, or the way light moves across your skin.

Your body carries your story. Curves, stretch marks, scars, and the changes of time can all be part of that expression. You don’t need to look a particular way or arrive feeling confident to begin.

Oil, Water, and Light—When You Want Them

Oil can catch the light and add a luminous sheen. Water droplets can introduce texture and sparkle. We can discuss these effects during your consultation and decide together whether they fit the photographs you’re imagining.

They’re optional. We’ll talk through any products and how they would be applied before using them. You’re welcome to raise questions, share preferences, or choose a look without oil or water.

Your Comfort Shapes the Photographs

We’ll discuss your level of coverage, which parts of your body you’d like photographed, and what you’d prefer to keep outside the frame. Bodyscapes can explore covered forms, silhouettes, implied nudity, or nude imagery according to your preferences.

You can change your mind at any point. We’ll explain suggestions, check in with you, and make room to pause or skip anything that doesn’t feel right. There’s no expectation to go further than you want.

You’re Guided Throughout

My wife Chanel and I help plan your experience, with wardrobe guidance, professional hair and makeup, and support throughout your session. I guide your positioning and movement while working with the light; Chanel offers styling help and encouragement.

You don’t need to bring a list of poses or know how to create the photographs. Bring your ideas—or simply your curiosity—and we’ll help you develop them together.

For Yourself, or With Your Partner

You might choose bodyscapes as part of celebrating yourself, creating a gift for your partner, or exploring intimate photography together. If your partner joins, we’ll discuss their role and what each of you feels comfortable creating.

Our use of “sacred” describes the care, presence, and respect we bring to the experience. You don’t need to share our spiritual beliefs to feel welcome here.

Your Images, Your Choices

After your shoot, you’ll see your photographs before deciding which images or keepsakes you’d like to purchase. Images and products are optional, with no required purchase. We explain pricing before you book.

Your images can remain private. Public sharing requires your written permission, and you can limit which photographs you authorize us to use. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
