18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

Eros in Eden

This statement applies to material produced by Eros in Eden and published on www.erosinedenboudoir.com that is subject to the age-verification and recordkeeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A where applicable, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Age Verification and Records

For covered productions, Eros in Eden verifies that each participant is at least 18 years of age at the time of production by examining government-issued photographic identification.

Required records include participant identification and age-verification information, together with the production information and identifying references necessary to associate those records with the corresponding photographs.

Record Retention

Required records are retained for seven years from their creation or their last amendment or addition, as applicable. If the business ceases operation, records are maintained for five years thereafter, as required by 28 C.F.R. § 75.4.

Privacy

Age-verification records contain private identifying information and are not published with client photographs. They are maintained for recordkeeping purposes and made available as required by applicable law.

Permission to publicly display client photographs is separate from age verification. Eros in Eden requires written permission before publicly sharing client photographs.
